Shindig Is The New Ranch

We’re not just pickles anymore, y’all! Our SHINDIG SAUCE is our version of an Alabama style white BBQ sauce that’s great as a dip for fried potatoes, shrimp, chicken, pork, beef ….& even pizza (per our teenaged son!) He and his buddies are dipping everything in it…all those things they used to dip in ranch dressing. 😉

Our favorite way to use it grown-up style at home is with salmon. Place a fillet of salmon in a glass baking dish, cover the salmon with Shindig Sauce. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes for perfect salmon every time!
